Kingpin is an AI-powered B2B retail platform with a strong product and a clear market. The challenge was making sure the right buyers could find them, and that when they did, they took action.

Kingpin came in at an early stage with a strong product, clear ICP, limited organic presence and a domain authority of 9. In B2B SaaS, that means competing for attention against established players with years of content and authority behind them. The work was to close that gap quickly and start generating qualified pipeline from search.
What we did
The focus was on building the right foundation fast. Technical SEO audit and fixes, on-page optimisation aligned to B2B buyer intent, and a content structure built around the questions Kingpin's target buyers were actually asking. GEO groundwork was laid alongside traditional SEO, ensuring Kingpin started appearing in AI-assisted research journeys as well as standard search. Authority building ran in parallel, with targeted outreach to grow domain credibility from the ground up.
One quarter in
January to March told a clear story. Clicks grew 363% and impressions 486%, a significant jump in how many buyers were discovering Kingpin through search. But the more important signal was in the quality of that traffic.
Total users grew 620%, new users 588%, and engaged sessions 664%. Page views went from 165 to 1,461. Session starts from 119 to 1,077. These weren't bounce-and-leave visits. People were arriving and exploring.
The standout number was demo bookings. Zero to 31 in a single quarter. Buyers weren't just finding the site. They were raising their hands.
Domain Authority moved from 9 to 13 in the same period. Not a vanity metric. A signal that the authority being built is real and will continue to compound.
